GENERAL RULES

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 All of the Terms and Conditions listed below shall collectively be referred to as the "Terms" or the "Agreements".

1.2 In these Terms and Conditions, any reference to a "bet" or "betting" means sports, casino, poker and other games of chance played for real or virtual money through the PokerKlas website. Such games shall also be referred to as the "Services". The terms "you", "your", "customer" or "player" refer to every person who uses PokerKlas or its Services and/or every customer registered with PokerKlas. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the PokerKlas company.

1.3 The Responsible Gambling Policy, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Betting Rules, Sports Betting rules and regulations, Casino Betting rules and regulations, and any other rules or regulations applicable to the PokerKlas Services form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, all terms, conditions, rules and regulations shall be interpreted by cross-reference to this text and the applicable policies published on the website.

1.4 PokerKlas reserves the right to amend or replace these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. OPENING AN ACCOUNT

2.1 Players are responsible for knowing the regulations governing online betting and casino games in the jurisdiction in which they are located and remain subject to the rules of that jurisdiction.

2.2 Residents of the United States, Israel, the British Virgin Islands, the Netherlands, Curaçao, the Philippines and the Netherlands Antilles are prohibited from opening an account. Where a person is found to be within one of these jurisdictions, whether temporarily or otherwise, or is using an IP address from one of these countries, PokerKlas may cancel the person's bets at its discretion and refund only the initial deposit.

2.2.1 In addition to the jurisdictions listed in clause 2.2, PokerKlas does not permit NetEnt games to be played from the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Cambodia, Ecuador, Guyana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Laos, Myanmar, Namibia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Uganda, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

2.2.2 In addition to the countries listed in clauses 2.1 and 2.2.1, access to NetEnt branded games including Guns N' Roses, Jimi Hendrix and Motörhead is prohibited by PokerKlas from the following countries: Australia, Azerbaijan, China, India, Malaysia, Qatar, Russia, Thailand, Tunisia, Türkiye and Ukraine.

2.2.3 Universal games may be played by players residing in the following countries and territories: Polar Regions, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Croatia, North Macedonia, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

2.3 PokerKlas continuously reviews its ability to provide services in jurisdictions that are not actively included on the restricted territories list. Where PokerKlas is no longer able to provide Services in a particular jurisdiction for legal, commercial or any other reason, PokerKlas may review and amend the relevant provisions of these Terms as required.

2.4 When a new jurisdiction is added by PokerKlas to the restricted territories list, accounts belonging to customers found to reside in that jurisdiction shall be closed immediately. Where a customer has unsettled bets at the time the jurisdiction becomes restricted, PokerKlas reserves the right to void such bets and refund the customer's stakes. Where a customer has placed an accumulator using accrued winnings and that accumulator contains both settled and unsettled selections when the jurisdiction becomes restricted, PokerKlas may remove the unsettled selections and recalculate the odds based on the completed selections. If that recalculation produces a positive return, payment shall be made in accordance with the "Payments" and "Winnings" provisions in section 6 of these Terms.

2.5 The fact that the PokerKlas website may be accessible from a jurisdiction in which gambling is prohibited by law or regulation must not be interpreted as confirmation that PokerKlas is lawfully entitled to provide gambling services in that jurisdiction. Such accessibility does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation to use any Service. PokerKlas shall not be responsible for any violation of law or regulation arising from a customer's use of the PokerKlas Services.

2.6 PokerKlas accepts only customers who are at least eighteen (18) years old or who have reached the legal age for gambling and betting in their jurisdiction. Accounts belonging to underage or otherwise ineligible players shall be closed.

2.7 You agree to provide accurate registration information, including without limitation your date of birth, country of residence, current address, telephone number and identity details. You also agree to notify us of any changes to such information.

2.8 If a customer account has not been used for 30 months or the customer's whereabouts are unknown, PokerKlas reserves the right to cancel the account balance. No claim may be made against the authority empowered to cancel such accounts under these circumstances.

2.9 Employees, former employees of service providers and/or employees of affiliated companies are not permitted to open betting accounts or use PokerKlas Services and promotions for their own advantage. The same restrictions apply to members of their families. A breach of this rule may result in permanent account closure and the account being treated as fraudulent. Any winnings arising from such activity shall be forfeited and only the amount deposited may be returned to the account holder.

2.10 PokerKlas does not tolerate abusive, profane, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory or otherwise offensive language directed at any company employee and reserves the right to close an account without warning if such conduct occurs.

3. YOUR PERSONAL BETTING ACCOUNT

3.1 The name registered on your account must match your true legal name and identity. Your financial transaction details, including the credit card or other payment account used to fund or withdraw from your account, must also be in the same name. Any discrepancy between the name associated with your betting account and the name associated with your payment account shall be treated as a breach of these Terms and your account balance may be temporarily suspended.

3.2 Under our Know Your Customer program, every customer who deposits or withdraws funds may be required at any time to provide proof of identity, proof of address and proof of ownership of the relevant payment method. We reserve the right to request satisfactory identity documents, including but not limited to a valid passport, identity card or driving licence, and satisfactory proof of address, including but not limited to a recent utility bill dated within the previous three months. Required checks will be completed within a reasonable time.

3.3 To maintain a high level of security and system integrity, comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing requirements, and verify your use of the PokerKlas Services, we reserve the right at any time to verify your identity, age and/or registration information as part of a "Security Review". This may include checking your compliance with PokerKlas agreements and conditions and reviewing financial transactions conducted through the Services for potential breaches of these Terms or applicable law. You authorize us and our agents to conduct relevant enquiries and to provide information to third parties where required to validate the information supplied by you, including by obtaining a credit report or comparing your details against third-party databases. You also agree to provide any information or documents that we request to facilitate a Security Review. While a review is in progress, we may restrict withdrawals from your account and/or access to all or part of the PokerKlas Services. Reviews may be repeated for regulatory, security or other business reasons.

3.4 Providing false or misleading identity information may constitute an offence under applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing legislation. In certain circumstances, including where initial documents are insufficient, appear fraudulent, appear to have been obtained from third parties for unlawful online activity, or are provided only in a local language other than English, we may contact you for further information or require documents to be supplied in an internationally accepted form, including certified translations. Failure to pass a review may result in permanent account closure and suspension of any unpaid account balance.

3.5 If a customer refuses to provide documents, fails to provide any documents, or supplies documents that do not satisfy our criteria, including forged or altered documents or documents that fail security checks, PokerKlas reserves the right to close the account immediately and cancel its balance. In such cases, the customer may lose all rights to winnings and deposits may not be refunded.

3.6 As part of verification reviews, we may use third-party organizations to verify your age, identity, address and payment details. This may involve checking the information supplied against public or private databases. By participating in this process, you consent to the use, recording and disclosure of your personal information, and such data may be retained by us or by those third parties. For your security, telephone calls with us may be recorded and monitored.

3.7 PokerKlas does not permit you to register more than one (1) account in connection with your use of the Services, including the web-based version. If you register or create multiple accounts, PokerKlas reserves the right to close any or all accounts held by you. If PokerKlas believes that you are attempting to exceed the maximum amount payable to a single account holder by spreading activity across linked accounts, including by:

i. registering and/or using multiple accounts; and/or

ii. cooperating with one or more persons and using different PokerKlas accounts to place the same match or game combinations, regardless of whether the bets are placed at different odds, in different price ranges or on different days, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withhold winnings arising from that conduct.

3.8 PokerKlas reserves the right to confiscate funds or winnings generated through fraudulent activity involving multiple accounts. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened in an attempt to defraud the company, we may cancel any transaction connected with that attempt. Accounts sharing the same personal information, bank account, IP address or other identifying information may be treated as "Duplicate Accounts". Duplicate Accounts may be closed immediately and their balances treated as forfeited by the owner. Deposits shall then be reviewed by PokerKlas. If the company suffers any loss because of forged documents or fraudulent activity, an amount equal to that loss may be deducted from the player's account funds.

3.9 Dumping or transferring chips between players or between your own accounts at PokerKlas tables is strictly prohibited.

4. CONDITIONS OF USE FOR ACCESSING POKERKLAS SERVICES

4.1 You acknowledge that you may lose money through betting and that you are solely responsible for any such loss. You agree that under no circumstances may amounts lost by you through betting be recovered from us.

4.2 It is your responsibility to confirm that betting is permitted in your place of residence and/or the jurisdiction in which you are located. You agree not to place bets with us while located in a jurisdiction that prohibits you from doing so.

4.3 You undertake to use our Services only for legitimate betting purposes. In particular, you agree that you will not:

i. carry out any activity intended to damage, disrupt or interfere with our business operations or create any liability for us, including but not limited to liability to collect any tax, levy or charge;

ii. transmit information from a jurisdiction in which betting is prohibited in order to facilitate the placing of bets on any sport or competition;

iii. directly or indirectly arrange for a third party to transmit information that facilitates the placing of bets on a sport or competition in any jurisdiction where such activity is unlawful;

iv. attempt to conceal the IP address of the computer used to access the website or otherwise prevent us from accurately identifying the true IP address used to access the website;

v. register a betting account using information other than your own personal information;

vi. act on behalf of a third party;

vii. deposit funds obtained through unlawful activity;

viii. deposit using a credit card that you are not authorized to use or cooperate with a third party to use such a card fraudulently for financial gain;

ix. use your own account or a third-party account for money laundering or any other unlawful activity;

x. sell or transfer your account to another person.

4.4 Under applicable anti-money-laundering requirements, a player may deposit funds into a PokerKlas account only to use the Services and place bets. Similarly, a player may withdraw only winnings and not merely withdraw deposited funds without gaming activity. Funds belonging to players who deposit or withdraw without gaming activity may be blocked until further notice. PokerKlas is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposits. PokerKlas reserves the unrestricted right to impose limitations on payment methods in particular countries and/or on particular players.

4.5 We will take all reasonable measures to prevent money laundering, and PokerKlas is subject to international controls intended to ensure that such activity does not occur. Global anti-money-laundering procedures and parameters are in place to identify the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing.

4.6 In accordance with the PokerKlas Terms and Conditions and customer risk profiles, appropriate steps will be taken in relation to each account to review the customer's financial habits and behavior and assess the legitimacy of account activity.

4.7 The PokerKlas Services are intended solely for the recreational use of all users. If PokerKlas suspects that an account is being used for a purpose other than entertainment, the account may be restricted in accordance with risk-management protocols and PokerKlas commercial decisions.

5. USERNAME, PASSWORD AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION

5.1 Customers are advised to create a password containing at least six characters, including letters and numbers. Customers should avoid selecting a password that resembles their username or other commonly known information.

5.2 The username, password and other registration details selected by you when creating your personal account must not be disclosed to any third party. If a third party gains access to your PokerKlas personal account by any means outside PokerKlas, you alone are responsible for the status of your funds and any personal information stored in the account.

5.3 You agree to keep your username, password and other personal information secure and confidential and not to permit any third party to use them.

5.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring that usernames and security details are stored securely. If a breach is suspected, customers must take the necessary security steps to cancel previous security details and request new login credentials.

5.5 Customers must provide accurate user information when logging in to or communicating with PokerKlas.

6. PAYMENTS

6.1 Deposits may be made to a PokerKlas account by transferring funds through a mobile telephone number. As new payment methods are added, notices will be published on our homepage and sent by email. These Terms and Conditions will be updated for each new deposit method.

6.2 Cepbank transactions are carried out by sending funds from an account to the registered mobile telephone number. This is a fast and secure way to send funds and may be completed through the bank selected by you on the deposit page. Further information is available on the relevant deposit page for the selected bank.

6.3 After a deposit request has been submitted and the form has been completed in full, it may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours for the funds to reach PokerKlas accounts. Any delay exceeding this period should be reported to PokerKlas customer support.

6.4 Players may use only their own personal details and personal bank accounts. Players are responsible for ensuring that the information entered on the deposit form is accurate.

6.5 The player information provided on the deposit form must exactly match the player data held by PokerKlas. Withdrawals from an account may be made only to the person registered as the account holder.

6.6 Players may request a withdrawal through any bank listed on the PokerKlas withdrawal page. The number of banks and available withdrawal methods may increase over time. New methods will be added to our homepage and relevant notices will be sent by email. The withdrawal Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly.

6.7 Provided that there is no discrepancy in your withdrawal request, the request will be processed within 24 hours. This time frame is not guaranteed and delays may occur from time to time because of account or information verification, public holidays, banking hours or similar reasons.

6.8 Your account will be debited when you submit a withdrawal instruction. Withdrawal requests may be made every day.

6.9 If a problem arises with your withdrawal request, the transaction will be cancelled and the funds restored to your account.

6.10 If your account contains a bonus balance, you must satisfy the applicable bonus rollover conditions before requesting a withdrawal.

6.11 Players may request a withdrawal only after fully using the amount of their initial deposit.

6.12 The information supplied by a player on the withdrawal form must exactly match the player data held by PokerKlas. Withdrawal requests made in favor of another person will not be considered.

6.13 For deposits made by credit card, the minimum wagering requirement for a withdrawal is five times the deposited amount.

7. ELECTRONIC SERVICE PROVIDERS

7.1 To use the PokerKlas Services, you may need to send funds to us and receive funds from us. We may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ("ESPs") to carry out such financial transactions. You irrevocably authorize us, where necessary, to instruct such ESPs to process deposits to or withdrawals from your account and, in accordance with requests submitted through the relevant features of our platforms, irrevocably authorize us to issue those instructions on your behalf.

7.2 You agree to comply with all regulations imposed by the relevant ESPs. If there is any inconsistency and/or dispute between these Agreements and the ESP regulations, these Agreements shall prevail.

8. WINNINGS

8.1 The bookmaker settles calculations according to the initial results. Subsequent disqualifications and cancellations do not affect the settlement.

8.2 Winnings are calculated by multiplying the stake by the applicable odds.

8.3 Once bets have been settled, the amounts won are credited to the winning players' accounts.

8.4 Customers must notify the company if funds are incorrectly credited to their accounts because of an erroneous transaction. Otherwise, all winnings connected with that transaction may be cancelled and the credited amount transferred back to PokerKlas.

8.5 If recalculation of a previously settled bet causes a user's account balance to fall below zero, the player must deposit sufficient funds to restore the balance to zero or above. The company may block the account until this occurs.

8.6 The account used by a customer to receive a withdrawal must be held in the customer's own name. Otherwise, the withdrawal instruction will not be considered.

8.7 The player represents and agrees that they will not request a cancellation, chargeback or refund through the payment method used to make a deposit. If a deposit is refunded or returned to the user, the company may take action to recover full payment, including expenses, from accounts used for improper deposits. If an account is found to have been credited for an improper transaction unrelated to betting activity, the company may charge the customer additional costs regardless of whether the account has been temporarily suspended.

9. LIVE BETTING

9.1 Statistics displayed during a live event, including scores and time information, are provided for general information only. Their accuracy is not guaranteed and they should not be relied upon when placing bets.

9.2 Bets for which funds have been committed may be held in pending status and subsequently accepted or cancelled.

9.3 A pending bet may be cancelled if a significant market change occurs while it is pending.

9.4 The company reserves the right to suspend betting on any market without prior notice.

9.5 If the company reasonably suspects that bets were placed after the result became known, or that a bet at incorrect odds during a technical malfunction gave the player an unfair advantage, the company reserves the right to cancel those bets.

10. PRIVACY

10.1 We are legally required to comply with data-protection requirements governing how personal information collected from you during your use of the PokerKlas website is used. We therefore take our obligations concerning the use of your personal information seriously.

10.2 By providing information to us, you authorize us to process your personal information for the purposes described in these Terms, to operate the PokerKlas website and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

10.3 Under company policy, personal information may not be shared with any third party other than persons who require access to that information in order to provide the relevant services.

10.4 To maintain accurate records of information received from you, we may retain copies of communications that you send to us, including copies of emails.

11. POKERKLAS PROMOTIONS AND UNSOLICITED EMAIL POLICY

11.1 Unless otherwise stated, where a player provides an email address to PokerKlas, the player expressly agrees to receive by email notifications about products, services and special offers that PokerKlas believes may be of interest. The player may cancel such a subscription at any time. To stop product notifications, the player may send an email to the PokerKlas contact address with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line, after which the address will be removed from the mailing list within three days.

11.2 All bonus and promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions in force when the offer is communicated. In principle, every bonus and offer is intended only for the recipient of the promotional communication and may be used only once within the specified period. Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and remain subject to their specific bonus conditions. PokerKlas reserves the unrestricted right to recover from a player any bonus, promotion or winnings obtained through fraud or abuse.

11.3 Where groups of players acting together, players registering repeatedly, persons opening false accounts, or persons using nominees to gain an unfair advantage from bonus offers are identified, PokerKlas reserves the right to cancel bonus amounts and winnings obtained through those offers and to close the relevant accounts. Players who do not play for entertainment or who attempt to abuse bonus promotions may be excluded from promotions. PokerKlas reserves the right to terminate or amend any bonus offer at any time.

12. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS AND DEPOSIT VERIFICATION

12.1 We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward improper play and fraudulent activity. Such activity includes, without limitation, game manipulation, payment fraud, manipulation of multi-currency services, use of stolen credit cards, chargebacks, payment reversals, prohibited transactions such as money laundering, or a bank or ESP refusing to process your transactions. Fraudulent activity may result in account closure. Any winnings arising from such activity shall be cancelled and the deposited amount will be reviewed by PokerKlas and may not be refunded to the account holder.

12.2 If, at our sole discretion, we determine that you have deceived or attempted to deceive us, the Group, or any other member using the PokerKlas Services, we reserve the right to suspend and/or close your account and to use any lawful method to recover losses, including without limitation:

i. deducting any amount payable by you from your account;

ii. instructing third-party collection agencies to recover the debt. This may adversely affect your credit rating and may require us to disclose personal information, including your identity, to the appropriate agencies.

12.3 Accessing games on PokerKlas through a VPN is strictly prohibited. PokerKlas reserves the right to close a player's account where it considers such action appropriate or where suspicious activity is identified.

13. FORFEITURE AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

13.1 If:

i. you breach any of these Agreements;

ii. we discover that you have used or attempted to use the Services for fraud, collusion, including activity connected with chargebacks, or any unlawful or improper activity, including manipulation of multi-currency facilities;

iii. we discover that you have participated on other online gaming sites or services in fraud, collusion, including activity connected with chargebacks, or any unlawful or improper activity;

iv. you request a chargeback for, or reject, any purchase or deposit made through your account;

v. you become bankrupt or an equivalent process occurs anywhere in the world;

vi. a competent court determines that you have breached international or local anti-money-laundering rules;

then, at our sole and unrestricted discretion, we reserve the right to terminate agreements relating to your account or any ESP account, as defined in clauses 7.1 and 7.2, or relating to your use of other sites, casinos or gaming services owned or operated by us or on our behalf, or any service using a shared game or table platform; withhold your account balance; suspend your account; and recover from those accounts the amount of affected payments, bonuses and winnings.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT, AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

14.1 You confirm that you fully understand and agree to be bound by these Agreements as amended by us. We may amend these Agreements at any time without prior notice of the new terms, but all new Terms and Conditions will be published and/or updated on the relevant PokerKlas page or at another location accessible through the website. Changes become effective within fifteen (15) days after publication. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your agreement with PokerKlas by closing your account. If you continue to use the Services after the Terms and Conditions or Agreements between you and PokerKlas have been amended and/or the changes have taken effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.

14.2 Each time you access the Services, it is your responsibility to review these Agreements and any amendments. The amended Agreements, together with the documents referred to in them, constitute the entire and final agreement between you and us and supersede all previous agreements between you and us.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

15.1 If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions for the PokerKlas Services and any game rules or other documents referred to within the PokerKlas Services, these Terms and Conditions for the PokerKlas Services shall prevail.

15.2 IF THESE AGREEMENTS ARE TRANSLATED INTO ANOTHER LANGUAGE, THE ENGLISH-LANGUAGE VERSION SHALL PREVAIL IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE TRANSLATED VERSION AND THE ENGLISH VERSION.

15.3 PLEASE PRINT AND RETAIN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. WE ALSO RECOMMEND THAT YOU PRINT AND RETAIN ALL TRANSACTION RECEIPTS AND GAME RULES RELEVANT TO YOUR ACTIVITY.

All-in Insurance

What Is It?

All-in insurance is a feature that allows you to insure your potential winnings when you are the favorite and go all-in.

How Does It Work?

All-in insurance is offered on the Flop or Turn when only two players remain and both players are all-in. Insurance is offered only when the total pot is at least 10 Big Blinds and there are no more than 14 Outs remaining in the deck that could allow your opponent to beat you. Outs that would split the pot cannot be used for insurance purposes.

1. Countdown: Displays the time available to accept or reject the insurance.
2. Pot: Displays the current pot amount.
3. MyBet: Displays the amount you have bet in the current round.
4. Favourite: Displays the cards in your hand.
5. Community Cards: Displays the Flop or Turn cards.
6. Opponent: Displays the cards in your opponent's hand.
7. Displays the rank of your hand.
8. Displays the rank of your opponent's hand.
9. Outs: Displays every card remaining in the deck that could improve your opponent's hand.
10. Displays the total number of cards remaining in the deck that could improve your opponent's hand.
11. Odds: Used to divide the insured amount in order to determine the insurance stake.
12. Min: Sets the lowest amount that can be protected.
13. Break even: Sets the protected amount to the amount of your bet.
14. Max: Sets the protected amount to an amount equal to the main pot.
15. Pay slider: A slider used to adjust the amount to be paid manually.
16. Pay: The amount payable to purchase insurance. It is automatically deducted from the main pot at the end of the hand.
17. Save: Displays the amount you will receive if your opponent hits an Out on the next street.
18. OK: Confirms the purchase of insurance.
19. Cancel: Rejects the insurance offer.

• All-in insurance is available in TRY 0.50-1.00 Hold'em and Omaha games.
• Insurance is offered before the River when two active players remain. It may be offered on the Flop for the Turn card and on the Turn for the River card.
• Chips in the pot are used to purchase insurance.
• Insurance is available only for pots larger than 10 Big Blinds.
• Insurance cannot be used where there are 15 or more Outs.
• Insurance cannot be used where multiple favorites hold the same hand.
• Insurance is not offered where all Outs would result in the pot being split between the players.
• Outs do not include cards that would cause the pot to be split.
• Insurance purchased for the Turn card is limited to one third of the pot.
• Mandatory insurance is used to secure the premium obligation and will not adversely affect the players' chip counts.
• If a player purchases insurance for the Turn card and remains ahead after the Turn, the player must purchase insurance for all Outs on the River so that the payout is not lower than the amount insured on the Turn. This mandatory insurance also applies if time expires or the player rejects River insurance.
