Sports Betting Rules
1. General Betting Rules
1.1. These Betting Rules are subject to the General Rules and Terms and form an integral part of the Terms. Therefore, any specific condition not addressed in this document shall be interpreted in accordance with the General Rules and Terms.
1.2. POKERKLAS accepts bets with a minimum amount of TL / TL. Your maximum stake for a bet may vary between sports, leagues and betting markets and may be subject to personal limits imposed by you or by POKERKLAS. The reasons for such restrictions are set out in the Terms. As additional limits may be applied to your account at POKERKLAS's discretion in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, we do not guarantee that any bet within or above the maximum limit will be accepted.
1.3. The total winnings that any member may obtain from bets placed with POKERKLAS in each calendar day may not exceed 100,000.00 TL.
1.4. POKERKLAS accepts online bets only. Bets offered by email, telephone, fax or any other method will not be accepted by POKERKLAS.
1.5. If POKERKLAS believes that an event or match has been manipulated, that the event or match result has been altered by relevant parties, that a technical malfunction has affected the betting process, odds or any related part of the system, or that significant market fluctuations have occurred, POKERKLAS reserves the right, before the game starts, to reject or cancel any bet or part of a bet and to void suspicious bets.
Similar circumstances that may cause loss to the company are addressed further in Section 2 under Fraud and Cheating.
1.6. Members may not cancel or change a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed.
1.7. Bets will be accepted until the announced start time. If a bet is accepted in error after an event has started, the match or bet will be treated as a non-runner unless it is an in-play betting event.
1.8. All bets are settled using decimal odds.
1.9. Unless specific rules state otherwise, the official result is final for settlement purposes.
1.10. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a bet was placed after the result of an event had become known, or after the selected competitor or team had gained a material advantage or position, including but not limited to an advantage in points or at the start, POKERKLAS reserves the right to void the bet or bets regardless of whether they won or lost.
1.11. POKERKLAS reserves the right to cancel bets placed by members who are participants, referees, coaches or otherwise connected with the event or match on which they have wagered.
1.12. If POKERKLAS establishes through evidence that (i) the reliability or integrity of a game, event or match has been questioned, or (ii) the result of a game, event or match has been altered or manipulated, POKERKLAS reserves the right to limit any payment and to declare bets on that game, event or match void.
Such evidence may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed through any or all POKERKLAS betting channels, or on other valid evidence obtained during an investigation.
1.13. If a game or match is cancelled, all related bets are automatically void and refunds are credited to customer accounts.
1.14. If a match does not take place because of injury, bad weather, crowd-related issues or any other reason, all bets placed before the match is abandoned will remain valid.
1.15. POKERKLAS accepts no responsibility for typographical, human or obvious errors that produce incorrect odds or results. In such cases, all bets will be void.
1.16. POKERKLAS offers betting opportunities on sporting events worldwide. Although every effort is made to keep all in-play betting information accurate and current, customers should be aware that the data may be incorrect because of delays or other reasons. In-play odds and information displayed at the start of an in-play event are provided as guidance only. We accept no responsibility for any resulting error. Customers are solely responsible for checking the accuracy of published information.
1.17. POKERKLAS reserves the right, under the General Terms and Conditions or the Terms, to void any or all bets placed by an individual or group for fraudulent purposes.
2. Fraud and Cheating
2.1. If bets are accepted even though the customer's account balance is insufficient to cover one or more bets, POKERKLAS reserves the right to void those bets. If the account becomes underfunded because the payment provider reverses a payment, POKERKLAS reserves the right to cancel any previously accepted bet.
2.2. Where a customer places several different bets that are similar to the same bet, multiple bets may be treated as a single bet. In that case, all bets other than the principal bet may be cancelled. Different bets containing the same or a similar selection may also be treated as a single bet, in which case all bets other than the principal bet may be cancelled.
2.3. If it is confirmed that a series of bets containing the same or substantially the same bets or selections was placed by the same person or persons, POKERKLAS has full authority, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions or the Terms, to cancel those bets and freeze the relevant accounts. This applies to both settled and unsettled bets.
2.4. If you play at a professional level using the same or substantially the same selections, are matched with different customers as part of a group, or place bets in an organised manner together with different customers, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to pay all winnings arising from such activity and to treat those winnings as forfeited under the General Terms and Conditions or the Terms. POKERKLAS is intended solely for the personal use and entertainment of one individual.
2.5. POKERKLAS permits only one account per person. Accounts opened using the same personal details, IP address, payment information or other information registered with POKERKLAS, or accounts later found to be linked through shared account information, will be treated as Duplicate Accounts and closed immediately. Bets placed through such accounts may be voided at POKERKLAS's discretion. POKERKLAS reserves the right to recover winnings obtained through such accounts and, under the Terms, to withhold all or part of the balance in order to recover any loss suffered by POKERKLAS.
2.5. Dumping or transferring funds at tables between players or between your own accounts is strictly prohibited by POKERKLAS.
